ARRIVE + CHECK-IN
Arrive 10 minutes ahead of class and check-in at our front desk. Our team will be on hand to anwser any questions ahead of heading onto the gym floor and meeting your coach.
BRIEF + WARM-UP
Discuss the session, before moving through a coach-led warm up specificaly designed to prime you for the workout of the day.
MAIN WORKOUT
Lift weights or sweat it out! Depnding on the chosen session, youll either be aiming to build & maintain muscle mass, improve your cardio or develope your functional fitness.
FIST BUMP + DEBRIEF!
We aim to allow 5-10 minutes post class to allow you time to soak in the community atmosphere, or to spend time discussing nutrition & recovery with out coaching team.
